Friday 12: 8.15h – Pranayama and Concentration (Dharana) 10.30h – Yogasana: directed practice of the first series of AY touching elements of the intermediate series 13.00h – Relaxation & Concentration (Dhyana) 13.30h – Satsang: talk questions and answers 14.00h – Lunch 15.00 – Meditative relaxation (a little surf for those who want?) 17.00h – snack (fruits) 20.00h – Dinner

Saturday 13: 8.30h – Practice Ashtanga Mysore 10.30h – Pranayama and Concentration (Dharana / Dhyana) 12.30h – Yogasana Minitaller: Adjustments and / or Auto-adjustments 13.30h – Satsang: talk questions and answers 14.00h – Lunch 15.00 – Meditative relaxation (a little surf for those who want?) 17.00h – snack (fruits) 20.00h – Dinner

Sunday 14: 8.30h – Practice Ashtanga Mysore 10.30h – Pranayama and Concentration (Dharana / Dhyana) 12.30h – Satsang: coffee or tea & talk questions and answers 13.30h – Lunch 14.30h – Goodbye group hug The output can be according to the desire of each one, those who want to stay one more night, please advise
